Inauguration and launch
Innovative inauguration and launch experiences
An inauguration plays once, in a room, to people who already know the business. There is no second take. FAIM designs the moment itself, the countdown, the reveal, the film and the screens around it, then builds the mechanism and runs it on cue, so the one minute that matters lands exactly as planned.
We produced the inauguration film for Saudi Global Port at Jubail Commercial Port, made for a large screen in a room.

The problems we solve
-
The reveal is a curtain and a ribbon, and everyone has seen it.
Launch and reveal mechanisms designed for the moment: a touch, a gesture, a key, a handprint, a countdown that the guest of honour completes.
-
The countdown is a video file that starts when someone presses space.
AI-driven countdowns tied to the cue, synced across every screen in the room, with a fallback if the cue is late.
-
The film was made for a phone and plays on a 20 metre wall.
Films built for the screen and the room they will play in: pacing, contrast and audio for a large wall, not a feed.
-
Six screens, six files, one chance to get it right.
One show control system drives walls, countdown, lighting cue and audio from a single trigger.
-
Nobody knows what happens if the VIP arrives late or early.
Every launch has a rehearsed run order and a tested fallback for the cue, the power and the file.
Why FAIM
- We produce the film and build the mechanism, so the reveal and the content are designed as one moment.
- Films made in our own studio with AI and finished for the room, with Arabic and English versions.
- Show control on a single trigger: countdown, walls, lights and audio move together.
- Rehearsed on site with the real cue before the guests arrive. A FAIM technician is on the trigger.
- Our Jubail Commercial Port film carried Saudi Vision 2030 underneath the story rather than on top of it.
The technical space
Every FAIM system has the same four parts. What the visitor touches, the FAIM application that runs it, what comes out, and the panel your team controls it from. Data moves along the connectors in both directions, on a local network, with no dependency on venue internet.
How it works, step by step
- Run order
We map the ceremony minute by minute: arrival, speeches, countdown, reveal, film, applause, departure.
- Concept
The reveal mechanism and the content concept are designed together, around the guest of honour's one action.
- Production
Launch film, countdown, screen content and the physical mechanism are built in studio and fabricated.
- Show control
Every screen, light and sound cue is wired to one trigger with a manual fallback.
- Rehearsal
Full technical rehearsal on site with the real cue, the real walls and a stand-in VIP.
- The moment
A FAIM technician on the trigger. Capture of the moment delivered as share-ready media the same day.
Product launches and inaugurations
A launch has a single job: make one moment unforgettable to the people in the room and to the people who will see the footage afterwards. We design backwards from that moment. What does the guest of honour do, what happens on the walls when they do it, what does the room hear, and what does the camera capture. Then we build each of those parts and connect them to one trigger.
AI-driven countdowns
A countdown sets the room’s pulse. Ours are generated to the brand, synced across every screen, and tied to the live cue rather than a play button. If the cue is late, the countdown holds in a designed state. If it is early, it compresses. The guest of honour never waits for a file.
Dynamic visuals and launch films
Screen content for a launch is built for the screen it plays on. A 20 metre LED wall in a ballroom needs different pacing, contrast and type than a social clip. We produce the launch film, the reveal animation and the ambient content in our own studio, in Arabic and English, and finish it on the actual wall during rehearsal.
Who it is built for
- Ministries, authorities and state companies inaugurating infrastructure and programmes.
- Developers launching a project, a tower or a district.
- Brands revealing a product to press, partners and customers.
- Corporate events marking a milestone, an anniversary or a new identity.
Our inauguration and launch solutions
- IGNITION: launch and reveal mechanisms built for the one action that starts the show.
- CRESCENDO: opening ceremony productions, from countdown to curtain.
- ODEON: cinematic film production for launches, pavilions and campaigns.
- PRISM: projection mapping on buildings, models and stage sets.
- OPULENCE: a projection-mapped gala environment.
- CONSTELLATION: drone light shows for outdoor reveals.
- PULSAR: crowd-synced LED wristbands that turn the audience into part of the reveal.
- REEL: event capture turned into share-ready media the same day.
Features
- One trigger. Countdown, walls, lighting cue and audio fire together from a single action by the guest of honour.
- Designed reveal mechanisms. Touch plates, handprints, keys, gestures and physical reveals built for the brand and the room.
- Cue-aware countdowns. Hold, compress and resume states so a late or early cue never shows.
- Films for the wall. Produced and finished for the screen size and the room, in Arabic and English.
- Projection mapping. Buildings, scale models and stage sets as the canvas.
- Audience in the show. Synced wristbands and drone shows for larger venues.
- Rehearsed fallbacks. Manual trigger, backup playback and power contingency tested before guests arrive.
- Same-day media. The moment captured, cut and delivered for press and social within hours.
Technical specification
On-site support
A launch is rehearsed, not hoped for. We install show control, load the final content, align it to the walls and run the full ceremony with a stand-in on the trigger, usually twice. A FAIM technician sits at the console through the event with the manual fallback under their hand. Afterwards we hand over the captured moment and the full content package.
- Technical rehearsal on site with the real cue and the real walls.
- FAIM technician on the console for the ceremony.
- Backup playback, backup trigger and power contingency in place.
- Same-day capture edit and full content handover.
Proof from real events
For Saudi Global Port’s Jubail Commercial Port inauguration, the film keeps returning to what the infrastructure enables, so the audience reads capability rather than scenery. Pacing, contrast and audio were built for a large screen in a room, not for a phone. Film and inauguration content also ran through the Aramco TeraPOWERS experience and across the full stand at the myhome SuperApp launch.
How a FAIM project runs
- Conversation. You tell us the date, the venue, the guest of honour and the message of the day.
- Written scope. A scope with line-item pricing you can adjust: film, mechanism, show control, capture, days on site.
- Build. Film, content and mechanism produced in studio, in Arabic and English, and finished on the wall at rehearsal.
- On site. A member of FAIM runs the console for the ceremony.
The client owns the delivered assets. FAIM retains its own underlying tools, frameworks and reusable systems.
Questions clients ask
What if the guest of honour is late?
The countdown holds in a designed state and the run order adjusts. We rehearse late and early cues before the event.
How long does a launch film take?
AI films run three to five weeks from approval. The mechanism and show control are scoped alongside it.
Can you work with our venue’s AV team?
Yes. We coordinate cue outputs with the venue’s audio and lighting, and we bring our own show control so the reveal does not depend on their playback.
Do you deliver in Arabic?
Yes. Films, countdowns and screen content are delivered in Arabic and English.
Who owns the film?
The client owns the delivered assets. FAIM retains its own underlying tools, frameworks and reusable systems.
