The approach
An inauguration film has a harder job than a brand film. It plays once, in a room, to people who already know the business. Ports photograph as geometry: containers, cranes, straight lines, impressive for ten seconds and then abstract. The film keeps returning to what the infrastructure actually enables, so the audience reads capability rather than scenery. Vision 2030 sits underneath it rather than on top of it.
Pacing, contrast and audio were built for a large screen in a room with applause on either side of it, not for a phone. Nothing in the edit depends on a detail a back-row viewer will miss.
