Event technology solutions for exhibitions, launches and corporate events
FAIM designs the experience, builds the software and the content, specifies the hardware and runs it on site. Nine solutions, one team, from the first touch at the reception desk to the film that plays at the reveal. Every one is bilingual, every one runs without venue internet, and every one is commissioned and attended by a member of FAIM.
76 products and 16 live demos are open in our Experience Library. Try before you brief.

The problems we solve
-
The stand builder, the AV supplier and the content agency each did their part and nothing talks to anything.
One team owns the experience, the software, the content, the hardware specification and the on-site run.
-
The interactive thing worked in the office and failed on the floor.
Everything FAIM builds runs online, offline and on a local network, and is rehearsed on the venue hardware before doors.
-
Three days of footfall and no idea who came or what they looked at.
Every FAIM installation logs interactions and can capture leads with consent. You get the data, in your format, the same day.
-
Arabic was added at the end and it shows.
Arabic and English are built in from the first screen, with right-to-left layouts and bilingual AI hosts.
-
A quote that is one number with no way to adjust it.
Written scopes with line-item pricing. Remove a screen, add a day, and the number changes transparently.
Why FAIM
- Measured results: 4,187 interactions and 217 qualified leads from one hologram at HEC Dhahran Expo; more than 200 Tasnee staff through VR safety training at one event.
- Delivered for Saudi Aramco at iktva, EXPEC ARC, TeraPOWERS and the myhome SuperApp launch, and for Saudi Global Port, Tasnee, Al Salam Bank and Ria Motors.
- We write the software and produce the film ourselves. No stock loops, no white-label kiosks.
- A FAIM technician commissions and stands by every installation, for the whole run.
- The client owns the delivered assets, including the data.
The technical space
Every FAIM system has the same four parts. What the visitor touches, the FAIM application that runs it, what comes out, and the panel your team controls it from. Data moves along the connectors in both directions, on a local network, with no dependency on venue internet.
How it works, step by step
- Conversation
You tell us the event, the venue and what visitors should leave with.
- Written scope
Line-item pricing you can adjust. We do not send bundled numbers.
- Design
Visitor path, screen map, content concept and hardware specification, planned together.
- Build
Software, content and hardware built and tested in the studio, in Arabic and English.
- Install and rehearse
Commissioned on the venue hardware and run through the full visitor path before doors.
- Run and report
A FAIM technician on site. Interactions and leads exported at close.
How to choose
Start from the moment you care about most. If it is the door, begin with the reception desk. If it is the stand, the exhibition booth page shows how walls, holograms, games and capture combine. If it is a single unrepeatable minute, read inauguration and launch. Most projects use two or three of these together, and the scope prices each as a line item.
Proof from real events
- Interactive hologram at HEC Dhahran Expo: 4,187 interactions, 217 qualified leads, 72 hours.
- VR safety training for Tasnee: more than 200 participants through a scored Working at Height simulation.
- Interactive HUB at Aramco EXPEC: a multiscreen system for the EXPEC ARC Technology Show.
- Wayfinder at Aramco iktva: touchscreen wayfinding across a busy event.
- myhome SuperApp launch: touch application and screen content across the full stand.
- Jubail Commercial Port inauguration film: the film for Saudi Global Port’s milestone.
- Reaction game for Al Salam Bank: Unity, custom electronics and live scoring.
Questions clients ask
Where do you work?
FAIM Digital W.L.L is based in Manama, Bahrain. Most delivery takes place in Saudi Arabia, and we work across the Gulf.
Do you deliver in Arabic?
Yes. Bilingual Arabic and English delivery is standard across our interactive applications and film deliverables.
How long does a build take?
Minimum build is five to ten working days from approval and advance. Interactive stand builds typically run four to six weeks, and AI films three to five weeks.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every project is quoted from the floor plan, the dates and the run length, as a written scope with line-item pricing you can adjust.
Can we see the technology before we commit?
Yes. The Experience Library has 76 products and 16 live demos you can open in your browser.
Technical stories
How we build it, in detail, with the case studies and a small interactive lab in each.
- How a cylindrical hologram works: from CAD file to exhibition floor
- Designing touchscreens for an exhibition floor: glare, gloves and the two-tap rule
- Offline first: how we build event applications that survive the venue Wi-Fi
- Hand tracking on a stand: when touchless beats touch, and when it does not
- VR safety training that scores decisions: inside the Tasnee working-at-height build
- Lead capture on a stand: the architecture behind 217 qualified leads
- Multiscreen sync: driving every display on a stand from one content panel
- Show control for launches: one trigger, a countdown that waits, no second take
- Rendering for the wall: pixel maps, anamorphic corners and why 16:9 is not a plan
- Building a physical reaction game: Unity, custom circuits and a one-minute clock
