EXPEC ARC Technology Event 2026 — HUB
Multiscreen Interactive System Development
Overview
Three days. One hub. February 2–4, Technical Exchange Centre, Dhahran.
The 2026 EXPEC ARC Technology Show brought together upstream leaders, engineers, and strategists under the theme “Unlocking Potential: Strategies for Upstream Value Creation.” EXPEC ARC needed to show, not tell, demonstrating new technologies that drive progress in upstream operations.
The Brief
Build a centralised, multiscreen interactive hub. Sync content, data, and media across displays. Make engagement intuitive. Keep communication between presenters and attendees seamless.
What We Built
We designed and deployed a Multiscreen Interactive System with our Saudi partners, Flash Diamond and Tactic Establishment.
Core stack:
- Dynamic sync engine, Real-time content orchestration across all screens. Zero lag. Full control.
- Touch-native UI, Visitors navigate EXPEC ARC’s research, tech, and applications directly. No friction.
- Scalable architecture, Local and remote data feeds. High load, no downtime.
- Unified hardware layer, Multiple screens, one coherent visual system. Plugged in, calibrated, ready.
How We Did It
FAIM owned concept, design, and content, visuals, motion, and interactive data layers. Our partners handled technical installation, hardware integration, and system calibration. Clean handoffs. Tight coordination. Event-ready standards.
Result
The hub became the focal point. Visitors explored innovations without barriers. Information access improved. Brand perception sharpened, EXPEC ARC positioned as an upstream technology leader.
Post-event: reliable, smooth, visually striking. A new benchmark for digital experience at regional technical exhibitions.
Takeaway
Creative direction + technical execution + regional partnership = systems that actually perform under pressure. The HUB Interactive System proved that integrated digital solutions can drive engagement, accelerate knowledge exchange, and deliver measurable impact at scale.
